“TERMINATOR 2: 3-D” Attraction is CLOSING at Universal Studios Orlando, Florida.

With a heavy heart we are saddened to report that the Universal Studios, Orlando Florida attraction T2 3-D: Battle Across Time will close its doors for good this October 2017.

“TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY 3D” officially releases today!

It’s finally here Terminator fans! Back in December 2015, James Cameron announced he would be partnering with DMG Entertainment and Studiocanal to give his 1991 blockbuster “Terminator 2: Judgment Day’ the most advanced 3D conversion to date. Originally targeted to be timed with the film’s 25th Anniversary (a benchmark that has now passed), fans still couldn’t be more excited to see this amazing movie again (or for the first time) where it was meant to be seen… in the cinema!

As the official worlwide debut date draws near for Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D, Studiocanal and their partners have been in overdrive, hard at work promoting their science fiction classic’s theatrical re-release.  And now, hot on the heels of releasing character posters for T2 in 3D (reported HERE), the good people of Studiocanal have released an official U.S. theatrical poster for the entire main cast of characters!

The T2 in 3D theatrical re-release date that we have all been waiting for is almost here!  And now, today on James Cameron’s birthday, AMC has officially released brand new character posters for Robert Patrick as the T-1000, Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor, and young Edward Furlong as the young John Connor!

The Running Time for “TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY 3D” has been revealed!

Fresh from STUDIOCANAL’s announcement that James Cameron’s newly-restored, 3D version of T2 will have its world premiere at the Berlin Film Festival on February 17th 2017, the Festival’s official website has just posted a running time for “Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D”. This new information confirms a much pondered question: Will fans get to watch the original theatrical version, or the special extended cut in theaters this spring?

Twenty-five years ago TODAY, the sequel to the 1984 science fiction horror classic “The Terminator” had its world premiere at the Cineplex Odeon Century Plaza Cinemas in Century City, Los Angeles on July 1st, 1991.  The name of the film was “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”.
