In celebration of the most iconic and deadly vehicles from the Terminator franchise, NECA’s CINEMACHINES die-cast collectibles line will be releasing a die cast Hunter Killer Aerial and Hunter Killer Tank soon.  As you know, these deadly machines will be featured in the blockbuster film “Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D” coming to theaters this August!  Today, NECA has decided to reveal a sneak-peek of what the packaging will look like for these very cool Terminator vehicles!

Timed with the Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D theatrical re-release, as well as celebrating its 25th anniversary, NECA Toys commemorated the biggest Terminator film of all time by releasing a Galleria version of the T-800 Model 101… with accessories that will enable collectors to reenact one of the film’s most iconic scenes!  Yes, we’re talking about the tense, slow-motion scene at the Galleria Mall where the Terminator pulls out a shotgun concealed in a box of roses and saves the young John Connor from the deadly T-1000!

Is there a hidden variant among NECA’S “TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY 3D” T-800 figure line?

A couple of weeks ago, we were contacted by one of our Army of Terminator fans asking if we preferred NECA’s new Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D T-800 Galleria figure with the pink painted lips or skin-tone color lips?  We honestly had no idea what they were talking about, and upon learning more, this fan basically found a packaged T-800 figure with different color lips.  We assumed what this person found was just a painting anomaly, (an error that can happen once in a while among mass produced figures), and never gave it another thought.

In conjunction with DMG and STUDIOCANAL’S  upcoming theatrical 3D conversion of one of the most celebrated films of all time, “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”, the toy manufacturer NECA announced several months ago that a new figure would be released in celebration of this historic occasion.
